  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Must Haves:
  • 8+ years of professional experience developing, implementing, and managing KPI s at a large Enterprise company.
  • 5+ years of experience with automation tools
  • Working knowledge of risk data analysis, dashboards and visualization, and executive risk reporting.
  • Bachelor's or master s in engineering, data science, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience with metrics frameworks like OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) or balanced scorecards.
  • A history of implementing KPI systems that led to measurable organizational improvements.
  • Experience in engineering processes, operations, or related technical fields.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and how to connect them to measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to guide teams and drive cultural changes focused on performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent projects, with a track record of completing projects successfully on time and on budget.
