About this role

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to help manage and maintain the financial records of our growing company. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting processes, reconciling transactions, preparing financial reports, and supporting our leadership team in making informed decisions.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are key. You will report directly to company leadership and play an integral role in streamlining and building out our financial operations.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Record and categorize transactions in accounting software.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage vendor payments.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure proper classification of expenses.
  • Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support tax preparation and assist with financial audits as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and increase efficiency.
