  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for virtual patients, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Coordinate all aspects of the virtual visit, including check-ins and paperwork

  • Facilitate communication between patients and technical staff to ensure smooth visits
  • Verify insurance information, process co-pays, and explain payment options to patients

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in medical office administration or customer service in a clinical setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • Experience with Epic software
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and policies
