About The Company

Our client is a global investment and advisory firm with over $300 billion in AUM. The Office Administration Manager will oversee a team of administrative and facilities employees that provide support to the firm’s senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain office management standards
  • Ensure the firm’s Partners’ business needs and expectations are prioritized and executed consistently
  • Manage current office services vendors
  • Assist with the planning and execution of in-office events or engagement activities
  • Oversee internal processes of conference room scheduling, screening mainline calls, client presentation printing/binding, document storage, catering requests, and ad-hoc operational tasks
  • Provide back-up administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of related admin/supervisory experience
  • Office management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary Range

$80,000-$90,000
