  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Risk/Business Operations Analyst Senior
Location: Hybrid - Onsite in McLean, VA - Tuesday through Thursday.

Must Have Qualifications: Understanding of Inherent and Residual Risk, Risk management experience, Risk Mitigation, Advance Excel. One trust is nice to have , CTPRP shared assessment would be nice to have , Communicate reporting and analytics findings to stakeholders and leadership.

Candidate Vetting Questions:

1) Please describe your experience using excel. Please provide specific examples from your recent work history.

2) Walk me through a scenario where you have identified, assessed, and mitigated risk? How do you ensure your risk mitigation tactics align with company / business goals and objectives?

  • Must have 5+ years of experience.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Third Party Risk Management
  • Analyze Enterprise data to independently extract KRIs and KPIs while summarizing results
  • Aggregate Enterprise data for periodic reporting, adhoc reports, metric reporting
  • Draft monthly and quarterly Dashboard materials
  • Document and track on going Monitoring Activities
  • Analyzing Program requirements independently to be able to propose solutions, identify impacts, risks and issues
  • Establish and maintain strong functional relationships with Enterprise partners and stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 8 years using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas such as xlookups/If, Pivot tables, Graphs, data aggregation), Tableau, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Adobe
  • Experience creating power point presentations
  • Experience with OneTrust or similar platform
