Job Description:
Continuous improvement lead for the SNAP Team Enhancement Inventory in Jira
- Develop, maintain, & execute upon inventory / backlog for SNAP project enhancements; report out on progress to key stakeholders quarterly (at a minimum). Expectation for initial inventory and progress report to be sent out regularly.
- Ensures changes are prioritized & scoped prior to kicking-off efforts leveraging practices such as weekly team meetings or SNAP Chats to align and discuss deliverables.
- Engages with leadership to align on prioritization prior to engaging internal or external team to assign tasks or begin on enhancements
- Proactively complete prioritized & groomed enhancements, ensuring conditions of satisfactions & requirements are appropriately met
- Socialization & buy-in gained from key partners
- Issues or risks appropriately documented & mitigated or accepted
- Process Health Monitoring - execute upon monitoring plan and ensure the following monitoring is completed; incorporate additional measures and assessments as business needs are identified or gaps escalated.
- Monitoring activities should begin immediately and results shared with summary, results, and data reviewed.
- Launch Date Monitoring - ensure all due dates are accurately captured, past due dates are monitored and cards adjusted appropriately with approval from OSS lead and/or intent requestor
- Status Monitoring - ensure all Jira status are up to date, cards closed or moved appropriately with approval from OSS lead and/or intent requestor
- Data Element Review - ensure cards are tagged with correct labels and components, proactively identify gaps or places where tagging is missing or incorrect, correct with approval from OSS lead and/or intent requestor / SNAP team
- OSS Lead Assignment Support - ensure OSS leads are assigned to intent appropriately, if unclear elevate to SNAP process owner and/or coordinate with correct OSS lead to align on support model
Ensure all leads & teams are aware & aligned prior to assignment - SEA Scoring Monitoring - complete SEA scoring on any outstanding items of intent within Jira (to be completed over time) and monitor scoring on a go forward basis
- OSS Scoring Support - work with appropriate OSS lead in ensuring that all segment intent has an OSS score
Front Door / Tollgate completion adherence- ensuring stakeholders are attending live review & tollgate sessions when assigned in Triage and/or during live review sessions
