Job Description
  • Call individuals who may be entitled to overage funds.
  • Assist them in completing forms to sign up for fund recovery.
  • Schedule an appointment between them and the client.

Must Haves

  • Experience in cold calling.
  • Proficiency in Excel for tracking purposes.

Home Office Requirements

  • Perfectly working headset and webcam
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps
  • Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
