The Albert and Mackenzie team is looking to add an energetic and charismatic technologist with a desire to learn and grow with our firm. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
  • Assist in setting up new employee workstations and user accounts.
  • Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT best practices and security policies.
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and backups to maintain network security and integrity.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and efficiency.
  • Support and maintain VoIP phone systems, mobile devices, and other communication tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Compensation:

  • $25-27/hr

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Location: Inland Empire/Ontario, San Diego County or Orange County

Hours: Full Time, M-F 8:30-5:30, Primarily remote; occasional on-call and after-hours work required.

Travel to other Southern California offices (Anaheim, Inland Empire, Long Beach, and San Diego) is required.
