This role is critical to ensuring that both product features and custom solutions for customers are well-documented and aligned with business goals. You will use GitLab, Notion, and OpenAPI standards to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Write user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and engineering teams for Superwise and Supervvisor.
- Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders to translate them into actionable technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
- Create customer-facing documentation, ensuring clarity and usability for diverse audiences.
- Use Notion to manage documentation workflows and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Support agile workflows, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective documentation.
- Create and update API documentation using OpenAPI standards for RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure features meet business requirements before release.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or a related role in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong experience writing user stories, epics, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in tools like GitLab, Notion, and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with OpenAPI standards, including Swagger and Postman.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to quickly understand complex workflows and propose solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or agent-based solutions.
- Knowledge of UX principles and creating user-friendly documentation.
- Background in customer requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
