Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Consultant with a strong background in Application Management Services (AMS) and SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Convergent Mediation (CM) by DigitalRoute, along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and functional specification development.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Expertise Implement, configure, and support SAP BRIM CM solutions, ensuring seamless functionality.
System Enhancements & Customization Work closely with customers to discuss upcoming enhancements and develop functional specifications for custom reports and enhancements.
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis Investigate, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day system issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Third-Party System Integration Work in a customized environment with third-party system interfaces, ensuring smooth data exchange.
Global Collaboration & Documentation Work with global teams and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, changes, and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of SAP consulting or relevant industry experience in an AMS/support environment
1+ end-to-end SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation implementation
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Convergent Mediation (CM) by DigitalRoute
Strong knowledge of BRIM architecture
Expertise in functional specification writing and custom report development
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
Experience working in a customized environment with third-party integrations
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred: Experience in Media, Utility, or Telecommunications industry
