  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and executing the CSDM in a diverse system environment. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams, interfaces around ServiceNow CMDB, and effectively engage with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of the CMDB & CSDM using ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, manage, and mentor the team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful CSDM implementation.
  • Oversee the integration of CSDM with other systems and interfaces, ensuring seamless operation and data consistency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all CSDM-related inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CSDM processes, configurations, and interfaces.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing CSDM in a large multi-system environment.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform, particularly in relation to CSDM, Service & Application Portfolio Management, and CMDB.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing interfaces and integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
