Location: Tulsa, OK

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Resource to join our team. This position will support Project Managers and provide essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Track project progress and update project management tools.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and project proposals.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years previous experience in Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
