Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and manage projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving project success, and delivering results. PMP certification is required for this position. We welcome and encourage OPT candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and ensure optimal project delivery.
• Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, issues, and risks regularly to both internal teams and clients.
• Ensure that project teams follow best practices, processes, and methodologies for successful project execution.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated project team environment to ensure high performance.
• Lead regular project meetings, track progress, and resolve any issues or roadblocks promptly.
• Oversee the project s budget, resources, and timeline, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Support and mentor junior team members, assisting in career development and providing guidance for career growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of [X] years managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
