  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for reviewing and integrating a variety of requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. Additionally, you will provide key input into decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Device Management: Administer and manage mobile devices across iOS, Windows, macOS, and Android platforms using VMware Workspace and associated tools (e.g., Samsung KNOX, Apple DEP, Zero-Touch Enrollments).

MDM Platforms: Utilize other MDM platforms such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, or Google Device Management to ensure smooth device operations.

Client Support: Handle escalations effectively, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and providing support to ELT/VIP/VVIP clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve issues and enhance device management processes.

Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for all device management processes and tools.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience with VMware Workspace and tools like Samsung KNOX, Apple DEP, Zero-Touch Enrollments and ServiceNow
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, or Google Device Management.

Technical Expertise:

  • MDM tools: VMware Workspace, MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Google Device Management.
  • Platforms: iOS, Windows, macOS, Android.
