  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

Looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products, services, and internal processes.

Role will have interactions with Managers & engineers and with end customer to produce high-quality content that helps users understand Policies, Standards & Guidelines

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including Procedures, Standards, Decision , etc.,
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and translate complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand content.
  • Edit, proofread, and revise existing documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Create visual aids such as diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots to enhance documentation.
  • Organize and manage content repositories for easy access and version control.
  • Gather user feedback and update documentation accordingly.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a software, IT, or engineering environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar.
  • Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger, Postman.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages, software development, or cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple documents and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
