What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, and furnish statistical analyses and reports related to service delivery and scheduling
  • Compile installation inputs to recurring reports required by headquarters or regional program managers
  • Establish procedures for accurate and efficient data collection and entry into various databases
  • Provide website development, maintenance, and technical support for software applications
  • Deliver training to staff on software applications and ensure classroom functionality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in qualitative or quantitative data compilation, analysis, and reporting
  • Two years’ experience in database management, IT maintenance, and software application troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Knowledge of the FFSMIS system
  • Experience providing analytic information and recommendations to leadership
  • Background in multi-tasking and customer service
