Overview:

Client is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA BRIM Functional Expert for a mostly remote position based in Middletown, PA, with occasional on-site reporting requirements.

Position Overview:

As an SAP S/4HANA BRIM Functional Expert, you will be expected to bring your expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management to help implement and optimize the SAP S/4HANA BRIM solution as part of the UBOS initiative. The role requires you to understand the PTC's current and desired billing and revenue functionality, collaborate with the System Integrator (SI), and ensure the solution aligns with the PTC's needs while integrating seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Study and understand the PTC s current billing and revenue structure, which is largely managed in a proprietary system.
  • Assess the PTC s desired billing and revenue functionality for the UBOS system.
  • Coordinate changes and design solutions to meet PTC s needs, following established standards and policies.
  • Serve as PTC s BRIM subject matter expert, representing PTC in meetings and workshops, working closely with the UBOS SI team.
  • Raise concerns and potential issues to PTC leadership with detailed information for decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain plans, documentation, and other materials using PTC-established standards, templates, and methodologies.
  • Foster productive relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
  • Review and advise on the acceptance of SI documentation, providing feedback to the UBOS IT Program Manager.
  • Perform hands-on testing as part of PTC s acceptance process and ensure deliverables meet PTC s needs.
  • Assist with lessons learned sessions during and after the project to recommend improvements.
  • Follow tasks and duties as assigned by the UBOS IT Program Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) functional support.
  • At least 1 successful SAP BRIM implementation in an SAP S/4HANA landscape.
  • A bachelor s degree in business management, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • More than 5 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes.
  • Implementation experience in tolling back-office systems or large-scale call center-based back offices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • ServiceNow experience in PPM and ITSM modules.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to accomplish tasks and duties.
  • Experience in providing direction and support to IT teams and collaborating with business departments on priorities and schedules.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Required - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
  • Preferred - Master s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

  • Open to travel based-up on the nature of the engagement.
