Our F100 client located near Cleveland, OH is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic IT Contracts and Vendor Management Analyst for a REMOTE, 6-month contract-to-hire position.
You would be joining a transformational program that involes the implementation and integration of a 3rd party vendor HR system. You'd be reviewing and negotiating contracts (SOWs, SLAs) for the procurement of IT labor and software related to this integration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to assist with HR Transformation vendor integrations that require contracts and statements of work.
- Work with negotiators on the team and assist them with multiple tasks, as well as your own deals
- Leverage Excel to conduct pricing analysis, net present value of deals and other financial measures
- Perform contract submission, routing, approval, and purchase order execution in COUPA (source-to-pay tool)

Essential Skills:
- Skills in Excel Intermediate level (familiar with formulas and VLOOKUP)
- Understands Contractual Language
- Excellent Reading Comprehension
- Understands Legal Commercial Language
- Excellent Negotiating Skills
- Organizational Skills and ability to work on multiple projects
- Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to internal teams
- Experience with COUPA (In lieu of experience with Coupa, familiarity with other source to pay tools (i.e. SAP Ariba, etc)
