Job Title: Product Manager - Phone Equipment (Business Voice Edge)

Role Overview: The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of phone equipment for Business Voice Edge and Comcast Business Global products. This includes managing the lifecycle of existing devices, introducing new equipment from Polycom and Cisco, and supporting BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) solutions. The ideal candidate will create and maintain comprehensive support documentation, ensure seamless integration with our products and services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for phone equipment, from conception to deployment.

  • Develop, update, and maintain support documentation for Polycom, Cisco, and BYOD devices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to align product development with business objectives.

  • Ensure phone equipment integrates seamlessly with key Voice Edge features such as Call Forwarding, Readable Voicemail, and One-Touch Call Hold and Transfer.

  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.

  • Present product information, updates, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and resolution for product-related issues.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, particularly with technical equipment.

  • Proven experience with Polycom and Cisco phone devices.

  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to diverse audiences.

  • Familiarity with phone equipment integration for business applications.

  • Preferred: Direct experience with Cisco and/or Polycom equipment.
