  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Billing, Customer/1 Billing, Finance, and Service Order (SO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving process optimization, system enhancements, and seamless integration between billing, financial, and service order systems. This position requires deep functional expertise, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SME or in similar roles related to Billing, Customer/1 Billing, Finance, or Service Order systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of billing systems (Customer/1 Billing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with service order management and integration with billing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools and technologies such as ERP systems, billing software, and reporting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
