  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Administrator with expertise in OneStream to lead the administration, optimization, and support of our client's corporate financial systems. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the financial reporting, planning, and consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the OneStream administrator, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial systems to support planning, forecasting, and reporting needs.
  • Manage system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, collaborating with IT and Finance teams.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and workflows in OneStream to improve decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration, with at least 2+ years of hands-on OneStream experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Experience with financial data modeling, system integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, drive process improvements, and support system users.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This is a remote role, but we prefer someone in the PT or MT time zone. If you are in the ET or CT time zones, you will need to adjust your schedule to accommodate the PT zone.
