Roles And Responsibilities
- Foster an environment of team work, compliance and continual improvement.
- Adhere to the Company's objectives, i.e. Safety, Quality, Environmental and Information Security
- Ensure compliance with departments standard procedures.
- Responsible securing annual order intake and gross margin and grow the customer base
- Develops territory and account assignments. Produce most cost effective market coverage
- Sets standards and participates in the development of account/business plans with direct reports
- Supporting Application Engineering Manager and Team on collaboration with sales
- Guides Application Engineering Team on prioritization of projects and activities
- Cooperates with other MHI Group companies in identifying and analyzing new and current markets
- Suggests and executes a successful market entry strategy for new and existing product lines
- Develops and implements sales processes that support corporate objectives
- Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions; share with all relevant parties
- Holds risk reviews and bid/no-bid decision together with account executive, engineering, and commercial teams.
- Develops pricing and win strategy
- Identifies Priority Projects and develops Capture Strategies for high profile project opportunities
- Conducts weekly forecast reviews
- Conducts weekly sales meetings: review projects, market conditions and team objectives
- Develops process improvement opportunities together with the Account Executives and Engineering
- Reports to management the necessary information for forecasting and input on key projects
- Attends and support the business’s successful participation in trade shows
- Contributes to MCO-I Branding, Marketing and Local Marketing Initiatives
- Rolls out new strategies, products and solutions actively assess and correct the implementation
- Mentors sales team, documents performance and develops tailored development plans
- Cooperates closely with the home office and foreign entities

- 5-10+ years of experience in Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related area required
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Feels comfortable presenting on all working levels
- Contracting and negotiating skills
- Professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly dedicated, self-motivated personality; enjoys ability to adapt to different tasks with ease and tenacity (self-starter)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Travel percentage 30% to 60%
