We are partnered with an innovative and rapidly growing brand in the frozen better-for-you desserts category, offering delicious, health-conscious treats. Their mission is to bring high-quality, nutritious, and indulgent frozen desserts to consumers. As they continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to help build their presence in key markets across Food Service and/or Convenience stores.

Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our brand presence within the food service and/or convenience sector, with a primary focus on areas such as Casinos, Cruise Lines, Universities, Hotels, Theme Parks, Hospitals ect Alternatively, another key area for growth is in convenience stores.

This position requires a results-oriented professional with strong industry relationships and a proven ability to drive sales growth.

This position is remote however will require very frequent travel throughout the state and some national travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target food service channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution within designated regions.
  • Leverage existing relationships with food distributors, brokers, and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to accelerate sales growth. (Direct employment with one of these organisations is beneficial)
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional programs.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue and brand exposure.

Desired Candidate Profile & Experience:

  • 5+ Years sales experience within the food service and or convenience store industry.
  • Background in working with or for food distributors, brokers, or GPOs.
  • Strong direct customer relationship management skills.
  • Established transferable relationships in food service or convenience retail.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and ability to exceed revenue targets.
  • In-depth food service distribution knowledge and familiarity with key market trends.
  • Regional market expertise in Nevada/Las Vegas (Required)
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required
