  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Director of Facilities focuses on cost management, vendor relations, and long-term strategies to optimize operations and minimize downtime.

Director Of Facilities Benefits/Compensation

Director Of Facilities Requirements/Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement facilities management policies and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling for maintenance and CapEx projects
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee R&M team productivity
  • Lead construction projects, including bid review, cost control, and project closeout
  • Utilize company technology (Ecotrak, Jolt) to track maintenance needs and project timelines

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction, engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in facilities and construction management, preferably in hospitality/restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction and renovation projects
  • Facilities Management Certification is a plus
