Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud)
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Architects to join our team in Orlando, Florida. We are hiring specialists each for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud to help us deliver innovative solutions to our clients. so, there are many positions.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Salesforce platforms, extensive experience in architecting Salesforce solutions, and a deep understanding of customer business processes.
These professionals will play a crucial role in leading, designing, and executing Salesforce-based solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud requirements.
Provide technical leadership and architectural expertise for the Salesforce platform, ensuring successful deployments of Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions on Salesforce.
Design and configure Salesforce environments, integrating with external systems where necessary.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the Salesforce platforms to maximize ROI.
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring that project timelines and goals are met.
Perform code reviews, risk analysis, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Collaborate with other architects and technical leads to define integration and data strategies for complex Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 5 years as a Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/ Revenue Cloud).
Salesforce Expertise: Expertise in Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
Certification: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or relevant certifications in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
Strong knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP), and Salesforce APIs.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and create robust technical solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading agile development teams.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementation.
Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other CRM tools and external business applications.
