Job Title: Senior Project Manager (ERP)
Location: NYC (Park Ave) On-site 2 days a week

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Corporate Systems (ERP), ideally with a focus on financial systems within an ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have prior project management experience in implementing ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP, Lawson, etc. and possess strong skills in managing projects across multiple Financial modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ERP system implementations, with a focus on financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Expenses, General Ledger, Project Costing, Asset Management, Cash Management, Lease Administration, AR (Grants), Billing (Grants), Contracts (Grants), Grants Management, etc.
  • Provide project management services for ERP implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals, objectives, and milestones.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and PPM tools to track and manage project progress.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee resource management practices and change management techniques for successful project delivery.
  • Report on project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • 4-7 years of prior project management experience in ERP system implementations (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP, Lawson, etc.), with a focus on financial modules.
  • Proven track record with financial systems modules, such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Project Costing, Asset Management, Cash Management, AR/Billing/Grants Management, etc.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, including resource management and change management techniques.
  • Proficiency in PPM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Word).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and a keen interest in learning.
  • Must be local to NYC and able to work from the Park Avenue office two days a week.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) modules such as HR, Benefits, Payroll, Performance, and Learning Management.
