  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sprint execution, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing Agile culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams in Agile and Scrum best practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Remove roadblocks to ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the backlog.
  • Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
  • Promote Agile transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
