About The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Bullhorn) is a plus.
