  • Coordinate with service teams to schedule appointments and dispatch trucks
  • Provide accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assign tasks to field technicians or service personnel based on availability, skills, and urgency.
  • Handle and resolve complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and report recurring issues to management to improve customer experience.

Qualifications And Experience
  • Experience as a dispatcher required, with trucking experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
  • Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend in English and Spanish
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
