We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Event Sales to lead our team and drive revenue growth. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in event sales and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
Director Of Event Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, social, and private event markets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their event needs are met with exceptional service.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events in collaboration with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in event sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the event or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
