Aya Healthcare has an exciting 26-week hybrid contract opportunity for Application Analysts based out of Mather, CA!

Job Details:

JOB TITLE: Application Analyst

CONTRACT DURATION: 26 weeks

SHIFT: 8am-5pm PST

WEEKEND REQUIREMENT: No

LOCATION: Hybrid - onsite 2x per week (Mather, CA)

ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 3-5 weeks from offer acceptance to start date.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Application Analyst will provide application and data integration support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data quality and operational efficiency.
• Support application configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security.
• Assist with implementation, validation, and testing of applications.
• Work with teams to document workflows and optimize system use.
• Maintain system configurations, user access, and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education and Certifications:

• • Associate s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

• Experience:
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in application support or healthcare IT.
• Skills
  • Knowledge of HL7 and XML messaging standards.
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, integrations, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • This position ensures continued support for critical applications and workflows, preventing delays in key projects and maintaining system reliability.

• Copy of diploma for highest level of completed education.
• Two manager/supervisor references who you have worked with in the last two years.
• Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract.
• Interview availability for the next 7-10 days.
• Documentation of Covid vaccination or medical/religious exemption.
