About the Opportunity:

Our Head of Client Success will be the architect of RMH Compass' client success strategy. As the first Client Success hire, you'll have the opportunity to build and shape our engagement model—ensuring that corporate clients leverage our insights to improve reproductive and maternal health benefits for millions of workers.

The Head of Client Success will be responsible for supporting corporate clients – defined broadly as U.S. employers with 300+ employees – as they use our tools, developing systems and methods for retention via a clear value-proposition, and cultivating clients to serve as advocates of our work. The Head of Client Success will work with top-performing companies to educate and on-board them to a soon-to-be-launched badge-of-excellence called RMH@Work Leaders. This is a strategic, high-impact role perfect for someone who is mission-driven, thrives with autonomy, and is eager to establish a best-in-class client engagement function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Build the Client Success Function – Develop and execute a scalable client engagement strategy that ensures RMH Compass can grow and serve more corporate clients effectively.

Own the Customer Journey – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from initial survey onboarding, through the benchmarking process, to performance insights and beyond. Design a seamless experience using both automated and direct engagement

Leverage Data & Insights – Use CRM data to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize client workflows for surveys, submissions, and reports. Continuously refine engagement strategies to enhance retention and maximize value.

Deliver Value Through Insights – Develop ways to help companies interpret their RMH performance results, ensuring ongoing value. This includes developing written resources like company and industry case studies and email drip campaigns to ensure continued engagement and value.

Optimize Retention & Growth – Engage clients beyond survey participation, finding strategic opportunities for deeper collaboration, implement processes that turn clients into long-term partners and evangelists.

Manage CRM & Marketing Integration – Manage Salesforce, MailChimp, and engagement tools to streamline client communication and track KPIs.

Develop Content & Thought Leadership – Partner with RMH Compass team members to develop client success stories, best practices, and playbooks to establish RMH Compass as a trusted industry leader.

About You:

As Head of Client Success, you will own the client experience from survey onboarding through performance insights delivery and beyond, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction. You’ll also help define the customer success strategy, building an approach that balances scalability, high-touch engagement, and deep insights.

You’re a great fit if you:

Have Built or Led A Client Success Function – You’ve got at least 5+ years experience and have owned a CS program or played a lead role in scaling client engagement at a SaaS or data-driven organization.
