Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Hybrid – St. Louis, Missouri
Job Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter for the IT Organization, you will play a crucial role in transforming staffing needs into engaging job requirements and postings. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from posting jobs to offering and onboarding candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Write compelling job postings that accurately reflect role requirements and responsibilities.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles including application development, networking, security, and IT support.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion are prioritized in all recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, with a focus on roles in development, networking, operations, engineering, and security.
- 1+ years of experience in leveraging sourcing tools, including online platforms, referral programs, cold calling, and social networking.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly iCIMS and Fieldglass.
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Office 365.
- High level of confidentiality and commitment to security best practices in recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Broad recruiting experience, from entry-level to senior leadership roles in various environments (FTE, contractor, consulting).
- Expertise in recruiting remote employees nationwide.
- Experience in vendor management or enterprise account management.
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-person presence required at our St. Louis corporate offices.
