SAP SD/OTC Functional Analyst

Location: Overland Park, Kansas or Chicago, IL 4 days a week on site.

Job Title: SAP SD/OTC Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP SD/OTC, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to work with a complex SAP landscape and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for SAP SD/OTC, including order taking, pricing, trade promotions, and claims management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Services, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD/OTC processes and procedures
- Participate in knowledge and process transition from a retiring team member
- Work closely with the team to identify and prioritize process improvements and system enhancements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP SD/OTC
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD/OTC functionality, including order taking, pricing, trade promotions, and claims management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with SAP R/3 or ECC 6.0
- Familiarity with SAP RISE and AWS is a plus
- S/4 experience is desirable, but not required

Nice to Have:
- Experience with satellite applications such as Commerce Cloud, CRM, Cloud-Based C4C, and TM
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems and applications
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools
