Dirty Labs has an immediate opening for a Digital Advertising Specialist to help us scale.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized digital ads specialist to help execute and optimize Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Since you'll be working with someone more Type B, your ability to keep things structured and on track is key!

You’ll set up, monitor, and adjust campaigns, ensuring they align with our goals. By analyzing performance and making data-driven optimizations, you’ll help maximize results while keeping leadership informed. Over time, you’ll take on more ownership, refining strategies and improving processes.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align on initial strategies, priorities, and goals for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns with a focus on execution, ensuring alignment with scheduling, creative guidelines, and plans that we have discussed.
  • Regularly update leadership on campaign progress, providing transparency and inviting input during the initial onboarding period.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Closely monitor campaign performance in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Triple Whale– and identify trends, issues, opportunities, or anomalies requiring attention.
  • Execute tests on ad creatives, copy, and audience segmentation, sharing learnings and recommendations to refine future campaigns.
  • Make data-driven adjustments to targeting, bidding, and budgets while keeping leadership informed of changes and their rationale.
  • Work closely with leadership to manage and allocate ad budgets effectively, demonstrating efficiency and strategic alignment with business goals while providing regular updates and rationale for budget-related decisions.

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce clear and concise performance reports, including campaign data, actionable insights, and recommended next steps.
  • Present findings in regular check-ins, fostering collaborative discussions to ensure alignment on campaign strategy and outcomes.
  • Track progress against KPIs, flagging potential risks or opportunities early for discussion.
  • Highlight trends, opportunities, and risks, offering data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure tracking and attribution are functioning correctly, collaborating with relevant teams when needed.

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Actively seek feedback from leadership during the initial phases to ensure campaigns are executed in line with expectations.
  • Incorporate feedback into workflows, with the goal of gaining greater independence in managing campaigns over time.

Continuous Learning & Process Improvement

  • Gradually take ownership of campaign strategy decisions, demonstrating a clear understanding of business goals and audience insights.
  • Develop and document efficient processes for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to streamline workflows.
  • Stay updated on the latest algorithm updates, platform changes, tools, trends, and best practices for Meta and Google Ads–recommend strategic & tactical adjustments to stay competitive.
  • Regularly share recommendations to enhance processes, workflows, and results with leadership.

Compliance & Platform Maintenance

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies and guidelines, addressing ad rejections or platform issues swiftly.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues such as ad rejections, disapproved accounts, or technical errors with minimal oversight.
  • Maintain clean and organized account structures, ensuring transparency and ease of review during collaborative discussions.

Ideally, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing & growth.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Hands on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ad campaigns.
  • Self-motivation and a bias for action.
  • Experience using data-driven decision making to inform your actions.
