In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for all things Salesforce, ensuring seamless system functionality while collaborating with IT teams and consultants to troubleshoot and optimize our ecosystem.

This position is perfect for a hands-on problem solver who is passionate about leveraging Salesforce tools to enhance business operations, drive efficiency, and create meaningful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce B2B Commerce, Cloud, and Pardot, ensuring best practices and smooth system functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external consultants to identify and resolve technical challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide valuable business insights.
  • Create and manage email journeys and campaigns within Pardot, ensuring targeted and effective customer engagement.
  • Build and optimize pricing and product information within the Commerce Cloud environment.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on Salesforce best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent training is required.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce Cloud, and Pardot.
  • Ability to navigate Salesforce with ease, including dashboard creation, reporting, email automation, and campaign building.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with IT teams and external consultants.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
