  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions, securing and organizing their assets. For this role, you will assist in rolling out our new sprint system, ensuring seamless communication between departments and IT, and managing overall project planning for internal initiatives and customer-facing projects.

What you can expect in your role:

  • Facilitate the implementation of a new sprint system, ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization across departments.
  • Organize and coordinate sprints, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between IT and other departments, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Assist in technical coordination for projects involving AWS, IaC (Terraform, Ansible), and other cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues related to DNS, SSO, SMTP, and bash scripting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Apply Agile principles to project management, ensuring efficient workflows and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize internal ticketing systems and tools like Google Workspace for effective project tracking and communication.

You are:

  • Obtained a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in organizing and coordinating sprints.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Monday, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Basic technical understanding of AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible, bash scripting, and DNS/SSO/SMTP configurations.

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - 90,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
