As we continue to grow our community of lifelong learners, we are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Marketing Manager to join our team of mission-driven marketers.
Position Overview:
Roundtable is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead retention efforts and drive brand growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role will focus on user engagement, community development, and data driven strategies that increase loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Retention and Community Development: Develop initiatives to enhance user retention, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
- Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and organizations to expand reach, enhance awareness, and strengthen the brand.
- Trend Awareness: Monitor industry trends in arts, culture, and online learning to ensure offerings remain relevant, competitive, and community focused.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, consistent branding, and alignment across all marketing efforts.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create and curate compelling content that drives engagement and fosters a sense of community.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage automation tools to streamline retention campaigns and enhance personalization at scale.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience in the nonprofit, education, edtech, or arts and culture sectors.
- Proven success driving customer retention and revenue through email marketing and targeted campaigns. Experience developing community-building initiatives, such as ambassador or rewards programs.
- Solid understanding of retention strategies and community development.
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure, analyze, and solve business problems, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms) to measure campaign performance and inform strategy.
- Familiarity of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to support engagement and retention efforts.
