  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Senior Backend Java Developer

Location: NJ 08830 (3 days onsite, 2 days remote weekly)

Duration: 12 months likely to be extended to 24 months-based performance/project need

This resource is needed to build and enhance web applications supporting Capital Markets in a Core Java/SQL environment.

Must Haves:

  • Strong experience with Java 8 or higher (Core java), Spring Framework, Multithreading, and Collection Framework
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Object-Oriented Programming
  • Strong experience with SQL/stored procedures using MS SQL Server
  • Experience with Autosys, CICD EPL tools like Jenkins, uDeploy, and/or Gradle
  • Familiarity with caches like Coherence or Redis caching
  • Experience with Rest API and Apache Tomcat
  • Experience using Solace and MQ messaging
  • Must have Capital Markets experience fixed income, trading, equities, etc.

Day to Day:

  • Build and enhance desktop applications
  • Write code from scratch with Core Java
  • Write SQL queries
  • Utilize SQL for debugging
  • Job scheduling with Autosys
  • Devops
