  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SQL & Data Processing

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze healthcare data.
  • Work with SQL Server, Databricks, and PySpark to process large healthcare datasets efficiently.
  • Optimize SQL queries and data pipelines for performance and scalability.

ETL & Data Quality Management

  • Design and implement ETL/ELT processes for HEDIS-related data pipelines.
  • Develop data quality rules and validation checks to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work with SSIS and Databricks to automate data ingestion and transformation.

Business Insights & Leadership Communication

  • Consolidate findings from data analysis and present key insights to leadership.
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize HEDIS performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven decision-making.
