The Director of Project Management will oversee deliverables across various media to include video, print, POS, digital, social and collateral. This role demands amazing organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and mitigate risks and a passion for process. As a leader, you'll constantly strive for the utmost operational efficiency and know how to effectively build rapport with executive stakeholders. You'll manage a team of world-class creative project managers, guiding them to execute high-profile projects.
This position reports to the SVP, Account Services and will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description
- Manage, mentor, and develop the project management team, overseeing their work and performance
- Constantly identify, implement and socialize the most effective processes, tools, and systems to keep the department current with world-class best practices
- Collaborate with brand teams and agency leadership to create achievable and measurable project plans that include regular status reporting
- Identify and pursue opportunities to foster cross-training to help build a strong foundation for team
- Oversee execution, workflow and resourcing of projects across all brands and business units
- Actively manage and build rapport with executive clients
- Lead and develop comprehensive resource models and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with agency leadership and disciplines leads
- As needed, serve as program manager for high-visibility projects
- Actively contribute to the development of the agency's culture and standards of quality
- 7-10 years in an advertising agency environment managing creative projects as well as large-scale agency and client teams; and at least 2 years of management and leadership experience
- Experience working across multiple forms of media to include video, print, POS, web content, mobile and social
- Deep understanding of creative project management, workflow, and infrastructure, overall project lifecycles and management methodologies/styles
- Expert knowledge of project management tools such as: Smart Sheet, Excel, Jira, ClickUp & Ziflow
- A proven history of managing small to large size integrated campaigns
- Ability to interact with clients at an executive level
- Exceptional planning, coordination, and management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exhibit strong decision-making skills
- Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
