Regulatory & Master Data Coordinator – SCENT BEAUTY (Contractor)

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Operations, this role will be instrumental to our rapidly growing global Beauty business.
As our Regulatory & Master Data Coordinator you will be supporting business growth through ownership of Scent Beauty’s regulatory and master data documentation. This will ensure a customer-first approach, providing accurate and compliant data to our internal team and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive master data file to include all current and new products for Scent
Beauty.
- Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for accurate documentation needed for
international registration, US retailer needs, digital/website needs, and warehouse/logistics.
- Work with external partners for product registration and regulatory/compliance review for accuracy and
completeness.
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide updates on regulatory
information that may impact compliance and sales of our products.
Qualifications:
- 4- 6 years of experience working in a regulatory position or related field for a global company.
- Proven track record within the fragrance or beauty industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory
requirements across global (US, EU and Asia focused) markets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
