Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant and Architect with expertise in Request Management, Employee Center Pro, Portal Designer, and Mobile Studio/Mobile App. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance enterprise service delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow s capabilities, integration best practices, and UI/UX principles for creating intuitive and efficient user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Request Management & Employee Center Pro:
Configure and optimize ServiceNow Request Management to streamline request workflows.
Implement and customize Employee Center Pro for a seamless user experience.
Define and enhance service catalog items, request fulfillment processes, and knowledge integrations.
Portal Designer & UI Development:
Utilize ServiceNow Portal Designer to develop and customize responsive portals.
Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance self-service adoption.
Work with stakeholders to define UI/UX requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
Mobile Studio & Mobile App Development:
Design and build mobile applications using ServiceNow Mobile Studio.
Develop role-based, mobile-friendly applications for improved employee engagement.
Implement push notifications, offline capabilities, and mobile workflows.
Integration & Automation:
Leverage ServiceNow Integration Hub for seamless integrations with third-party applications.
Develop automation and orchestration solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Testing & Deployment:
Perform unit testing, UAT, and production deployment following best practices.
Ensure ServiceNow solutions meet security and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and consulting.
Strong expertise in Request Management, Employee Center Pro, Portal Designer, and Mobile Studio/Mobile App.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow UI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow API integrations.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules is a plus.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM is Mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
