Job Title: Sales Manager (Mandarin)

Location: REMOTE – no need to go to the office but needs to be local in either Memphis (TN), San Antonio (TX), or Philadelphia (PA)

Term: Perm / Direct Hire

Salary: 50-60k base, around 75-80k total (annual commission around 50% of base, good growth, promotion cycle every 6 months)

Industry: Point of Sale (POS) Systems for the Restaurant industry

Visa: Sponsor CPT and OPT, then around 1 year later offer h1b sponsorship

Report to: Regional Sales Lead

Team: East Coast Sales Team

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and determine how to best position company s restaurant technology in the market.
  • Research and qualify prospects that are a good fit for company's restaurant technology platform.
  • Engage in regular outbound prospecting via cold visits, calling, email, marketing campaigns, and other avenues.
  • Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospects needs.
  • Successfully accomplish assigned KPIs and goals that include, but are not limited to, daily outreach quotas and newly onboarded partners per month.
  • Manage sales activities and results using company's CRM tool.
  • Partner with regional team to ensure that the expectations set during the sales process are executed during delivery of the product/service.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (native Chinese speaker or professional)
  • Travel: need driver's license, offer gas reimbursement 200/month
  • Several months to 1 year relevant experience or more
  • Need to have Saas company experience or restaurant industry experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication required
  • Proven collaboration and teamwork skills required
  • Strong ability to sell and upsell products required
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments required
  • Ability to learn and quickly become proficient with new technology required
  • Proficient using collaborative and internal tools, or can learn them quickly required (Salesforce, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Apps)
  • Bachelor s degree in business or relevant field preferred
