Job Title: Director HR Technology (ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner)
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid 3 days in-office)

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the ServiceNow HRSD product roadmap, ensuring alignment with HR objectives.
- Define HRSD requirements and collaborate with the ServiceNow engineering team for successful delivery.
- Oversee integrations between HRSD and Workday, SAP, payroll, and benefits platforms.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of HRSD solutions, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Onboarding.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR leadership and technology teams, translating HR needs into product initiatives.
- Provide functional leadership to HRSD engineering resources and external implementation partners.
- Define and monitor KPIs for HRSD adoption, performance, and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of HR Technology experience, with at least 4 years in ServiceNow HRSD leadership.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, integrations, and HR workflows.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, offshore development, and third-party vendors.
- Workday HCM integration experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management (JIRA experience preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-country, multi-BU environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification (Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD).
- Experience in HR technology transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
