  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with the ability to effectively manage costs and negotiate contracts. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the required standards. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Work ethic that includes internal and external customer focus, flexibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative, an ability to interact with company personnel, external vendors, in a positive, team building manner.
