Exciting Leadership Opportunity: VP of HR at Signature Healthcare

Korn Ferry has partnered with Signature Healthcare, a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system providing a wide range of high-quality, personalized medical services to patients throughout Southeastern MA, on a search for a strategic leader for the role of Vice President of Human Resources. This pivotal position will play a crucial role in reimagining their employee culture, structure, and policies, driving their mission to be a high-performance, patient-centric organization. Your extensive experience in HR, particularly in developing and implementing best practices for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership coaching, aligns perfectly with their vision of fostering a skilled and engaged workforce.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in HR: Extensive experience in training, compensation, and benefits administration, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership track record: Experience in building a strong, highly skilled, and engaged workforce, and maximizing enterprise efficiencies through creative structures and system approaches. Team assessment and HR transformation experience will be critical to the success of this role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret various instructions, and communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Additionally, strong experience in labor relations and contract negotiations is required.

Location: Brockton, MA. On-site 5 days/week.

Compensation: $220k - $250k base salary + bonus
