  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role at Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip PLLC located in Livonia, MI. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with complex litigation matters, providing legal research and support, and collaborating with legal teams on business counseling. Daily tasks include drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and conducting case analysis.

Qualifications

  • Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Case Analysis skills
  • Experience in complex litigation matters, products and commercial liability, or health care law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of Michigan
  • Previous experience at a law firm or legal organization is a plus
