Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with the Apollo Support team to understand business needs, workflows, and reporting requirements.
Configuration and Customization: Configure Planisware modules (e.g., project, resource management, ideation, protective estimating, roadmaps, presentations, active tab, strategic portfolio) to align with organizational processes. Customize and maintain workflows, dashboards, DQA, and reports based on requirements provided by the Apollo Support team
Customize and maintain automation and AI capabilities based on requirements provided by the Apollo Support team.
System Integration: Develop and implement integration solutions between Planisware and enterprise systems, including Code beamer, Windchill, and others.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
Facilitate synchronization of project data, risks, deliverables, and other critical information across systems.
Support and Maintenance: Collaborate with the Apollo Support team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
Perform quarterly system performance reviews and implement updates or optimizations as needed.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all Planisware configurations and customizations are documented and adhere to the current process Document configurations, workflows, integration processes, and mapping between Planisware and legacy systems for knowledge sharing and future reference.
