Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical implementation guidance to clients during onboarding. This includes support of API integrations and file processing.
- Monitor system alerts that affect client-facing applications and functions.
- Manage client support tickets and support requests received by phone.
- Become an expert in our wide array of data products.
- Work with various departments within AtData to provide solutions for clients.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent e.g. college minor, community college, technical military service, or independent projects.
- General understanding of Internet technologies such as Email, SFTP, WWW.
- Organized and able to work effectively in a remote and geographically dispersed organization.
- Strong communication skills. This role includes communications by email, phone, and video call.
